It’s back to school time and to me that means back to
routines and crazy busy schedules. This
does have its benefits: less time to think of eating and less time to actually
eat. I find that when I have too much
time on my hands (i.e.: boredom) at home, I tend to eat. To alleviate this problem, I will be staying
at work (or doing errands) until 3:00 and then going home to see the kids and
get dinner ready and then go where ever that night’s practice/game/lesson
is.
I am also grocery shopping once a week ONLY and preparing my
meal plan, exercise plan and fruits and veggies on the weekends. This way, hopefully, I will be organized.I’m very excited for October at the Y! We are doing Body Shop again. It’s an excellent program about six weeks long that can help you get in better shape, lose weight and meet new friends, just in time for Christmas too. Let me know if you are interested in entering a team or need a few teammates (5 total per team) and I can help. If you want to better yourself and are quite competitive, this is the challenge for you!
